  1. I know you said that at our age the most pertinent component should be the Social one. However, I would probably say the most prominent component in my own life is the Emotional component. Both females and adolescents are considered to be highly emotional creatures, and here I am: both. Daily (even hourly) shifts in mood can certainly take a toll on one's overall well-being, as the components are so tightly interconnected.

  2. I feel as most of my components are pretty well balanced out. I feel as in my life, despite the fact of being on several teams and having friends, that my life is focused on mental. I am challenging my brain everyday. I took a hard workload for my senior year on purpose so when I get to college, I am prepared and ready for the college level courses. I also feel as if challenging myself is a good way of keeping myself busy and learning from my mistakes in organization. Don't get me wrong, social is a good part of my life, however, i am focused on my mental component of wellness to challenge myself.

  3. I think the component of wellness that is most pertinent to my life at the moment is definitely social. As a senior in high school this isn't really surprising; I have friends, I dislike being at home, so naturally I try to spend as much time as possible out having a good time. The rest of the components are in a pretty fair balance in my life, except maybe spiritual (that one can be tricky to grasp if you're not a religious person).

  4. I think the most important component of wellness is physical. To get through most of everyday life you need to be physically in shape. If you aren't, you could become lazier and eventually overweight. I myself am always in a sport almost all year round whether its softball, dance, or soccer. For me to this, I need to have the physical ability to do this. Without this, these sports/activities would become harder to do. Therefore I think the most pertinent component of wellness would be physical for me in my life.

  5. I believe that the most important component of wellness is my life is social, most definitely. This is because, as me being a senior this year and being half way through the year, I feel as though that this is my time to relax and hang out with my friends as much as possible. This is easier to do than it was in past years because we all have our licenses now that eliminates a lot of conflicts.

  6. I think the component of wellness that is more pertinent to my life currently would be social and also mental. This is because, while most people as a senior usually try to take the easy way out and take all easy classes, I continued to challenge myself and get ready for college by doing so. And the social aspect is important to my life because while being a senior, its important to hang out with my friends before we all go off to college.

  7. I think the most pertinent component of wellness in my life actually includes both social and emotional components. This is because my emotions often effect the way I act around people. I also depend on my friends and family, and my emotions reflect how they make me feel. So both components go back and forth to reflect how I behave around people based on how they act around me, and how other people act towards me depending on the kind of mood im in.

  8. I think the most important component of wellness in my life right now would be social. High school is full of social classes. Since I am going to college next year I want to spend as much time with my friends as possible before I leave. When I leave for college I want to be as social as possible so I can make new friends and feel comfortable in the environment I'm putting myself in. I feel as though if I don't become social with new people I will be missing out on new experiences.

  9. I think the most pertinent component of wellness is my life is emotional. In order to be successful socially, I have to keep my emotions in check since those two go hand in hand. If I take my emotions out in the wrong way, like on my friends it could make matters worse. My emotions influence the way my actions for the day are gonna be, and I have to keep them in check in order to have a successful day.

  10. In my opinion, the most important component of wellness is the Social component. I believe this, because social health can have an effect on many of the other components. Having friends to be there for you can improve your emotionl and mental health, and can impact decicions to join sports and activities, helping improve your physical health as well.

  11. I think the most important component of wellness in my life right now is social. Being in high school one of the most important things in my life is my friends who help me in other components of wellness. If I didn't have my friends I would emotionally and mentally be lost. Therefore, I think the social and emotional components of wellness are most important for me.
